How To Choose Photos?

We’ll destroy the photos that customers send to us after we finish creation. Without customers’ permission, we’ll not use the photos for any other purpose. Otherwise, we’ll assume all the legal liability. 
 Only good photo can be turned into fabulous oil painting.

JPG、BMP and other digital camera formats are all acceptable。

 *Picture size:

 It has oil painting quality —artistic, classic and preservable.
It can be created within a short time and it is very popular due to its moderate price.
It saves the exchange cost between customer and staff out of its unified art craft.
It is affective and significant, surpassing the photo itself.

 *Other explanations:

1. Fabric: Using imported fabric or domestic high-quality linen canvas.
2. Creation requests: According to the requests of choosing photos (see “How to choose photos”), you can send your digital photos to us through website, MSN or e-mail.
3. If you have any questions about our product, please ask us by clicking the online customer service, sending e-mail or calling us. We will answer you at the earliest time.
4. Creation time: One day and a half
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
Expedited shipping: 2-3 days. Standard shipping: 7-15 days.
In order not to delay your time request, please order it as early as possible.

 *Warranty clauses :

For every oil painting, we provide 20 years warranty. If it is not artificial damage, we will remake a new one for you with 40% discount。
